ZV – Nastroje s.r.o. (Ltd.) is a tool-production company which specializes in custom-made manufacture of tools, gauges, fixtures, accurate components and assembly untis. We export more than half of our production to Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, U.S.A., India, Poland and other countries. In order to satisfy our customer requirement we have our own design department and we use our modern system of production control as well as many high-performance machines. We carry out the quality control on the 3D universal measuring centre and we also use other equipment securing the required quality parameters. Important Milestones in the History of the Company:
April 1938 – start of production in the tool-making machineshop of the Ceskoslovenska Zbrojovka Company (Czechoslovak Armament Works Company).
From November 1989 – production of tools, gauges and fixtures for productions of arms, textile machines and industrial detonators in the state company Zbrojovka Vsetin (Armament Works Vsetin).
After the year 1989 – focus on production for external customers out of the parent company Zbrojovka Vsetin (Armament Works Vsetin)
September 1993 – establishment of the subsidiary company Zbrojovka Vsetin – Nastroje a.s. (with plant No. 1 Naradovna (Tool Factory) and plant No. 2 Vyroba vrtaku (Drill Manufacture) within the holding arrangement of Zbrojovka Vsetin a.s. (Armament Works Vsetin).
1997 – Plant No. 2 – sale of the drill manufacture to the new owner
2000 – Certification of quality control system according to ISO standards.
2009 – Change of ownership of the company and establishment of the company ZV – Nastroje s.r.o. (Ltd.) as a succession company after the Zbrojovka Vsetin Nastroje a.s. Company |
