Quality system The quality system corresponds with the ISO standards and it was introduced within the Company in December 2000. Determination, subsequent monitoring and evaluation of the processes securing quality of products and production are the basic elements of the quality system. These activities are described in company’s organization instructions and their observation is controlled by means of internal audits and also by means of customer audits according to the interest. In order to secure the customers’ satisfaction with the quality, the conformity of the products in the predominantly piece production is verified by 100% interstage and final inspection. Reports on these inspections enable identification of the controller as well as the controlled product and they are archived for 5 years after completing the order. |
