Quality System
Our quality management system has been in accordance with ISO 9001:2016. The basis of the quality management system is to determine the subsequent monitoring and evaluation of the processes that ensure the quality of our production. These activities are described in the organizational directives, the observance of which is controlled by carrying out internal audits, audits by the certification body and even consumers audits according to interest.
In order to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of our products, the matching of products mainly in the nature of a packaged manufacturing is verified by 100 % final inspection. Records of those checks are archived for 5 years after finalization of the order for enabling the identification of the inspector and the inspected product.
